NATALIE AYERS

is the multi-hyphenate, creative force behind her namesake styling studio and consultancy Natalie Ayers LLC and future IT e-tailer, MARLØE, launching early 2024. She is a Jill-of-all-trades who has amassed 17+ years experience within the fashion and retail industry focusing on creative retail direction, brand development, and wardrobe styling for commercial, editorial, and personal brands.

THE PRESENT :

Natalie is quickly making a name for herself within the Miami and NYC fashion and production world where she has been working as a wardrobe stylist, on set creative director, and shoot producer for numerous photoshoots, campaigns, and agencies including : LFR Productions, Apex Creative + Creative Drive. Her clients include: Champs Sports, ZUMBA, Cino Lifestyle, Strong ID, Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Louis Vuitton, Devon Windsor, Vint & York, Chicos, Puru Skincare, and Symrise Cosmetics to name a few. Her work has been featured twice in Times Square and has graced the print and digital pages of Solstice Magazine, Boys By Girls Magazine, and Contributor Magazine to name a few. She is currently working on numerous creative projects for editorial publishing in 2024 while focusing on building her online e-commerce store, MARLØE launching in early 2024..

THE PAST

Starting backwards within the industry by immersing herself into the small business realm rather than taking the corporate route, Natalie has gained insurmountable hands-on experience as an entrepreneurial leader,  creative visionary, and brand communicator.

Coming from the marketing and branding side of the fashion and retail industry, Natalie spearheaded and helped build The Art of Style, a men's and women's clothing boutique for 9 years, as the company's creative director with her expertise ranging from : brand development, digital, email + content marketing, retail buying + merchandising, personal shopping + styling, creative art direction, social media management, content creation, e-commerce development + management, PR. Natalie has gained well over 10,000+ clientele for TAOS, amassing a multi million dollar small business throughout 3 store locations. She did this while building and managing an e-commerce site, hosting yearly philanthropic fashion shows, managing her team, creating engaging brand content and always thinking of how to scale the business to the next level.
